In order to ensure the safety of concrete mixing pump operation and avoid personal or equipment accidents, the following safety operation procedures must be strictly followed.
Key points for the use of small concrete pump trucks
1. The operator of the concrete pump truck must undergo professional training before taking up the job.
2. The pumped concrete should meet the pumpability requirements of the concrete pump truck.

Treatment of the pumping construction workshop: When pumping fine stone, the amount of concrete in the hopper is higher than the mixing shaft to prevent air from entering the pipeline and causing vibration. When the pumping process is interrupted, the interruption time should be less than one hour, and insist on positive and negative pumping every 5-10 minutes to prevent the oil pump pipeline from being blocked due to excessive condensation of concrete discharge or collapse.
2. Post-pump treatment: After the pump is completed, carefully clean the hopper and delivery pipe. If the concrete impurities remaining in the concrete cylinder are not removed, they will be solidified on the cylinder wall. When the piston is pumped in again, the piston will be hit by the concrete on the cylinder wall, causing the piston to be partially released.
3. Vertical pump treatment: In addition, after the vertical upward pump and the pump process is interrupted, there are more s pipes blocked, and the pump cycle cannot be carried out again after starting again. Causes of pipeline blockage: When the pump stops, the concrete in the pipeline produces water under high pressure, and the water and mortar in the pipeline penetrate into the valve box and hopper through the gap. The higher the vertical pump height, the longer the downtime, the larger the gap between the wear ring and the glass plate, the worse the water retention of the concrete, and the greater the possibility of S-tube blockage. At the same time, the blockage of the delivery pipe is also related to the layout of the delivery pipe. The length ratio of the horizontal pipe to the vertical pipe is insufficient, and the ends of the concrete pump and the delivery pipe are prone to blockage.
