Features of high-frequency core mold vibration pipe making machine:
① Low amplitude, high frequency (5000-6000rpm), strong excitation force, high density of components, basically no pores on the surface; no secondary plastering treatment is required, simple water roughening is sufficient.
② Short molding time due to large excitation force; 300-600 double tube molding time is 4-5 minutes, 800-1200 single tube molding time is 5-6 minutes.
③ It can produce cement pipes of various shapes such as flat pipes, tongue-and-groove pipes, socket-and-spigot pipes, lined PVC pipes, lined fiberglass pipes, double steel socket pipes, flexible A-type steel socket pipes, etc.
④ No steam maintenance, no waste slurry; environmental protection, and reduced production costs.
Since the high-frequency vibration pipe making machine uses dry hard concrete (Vebe consistency 20-40S) for high-frequency vibration molding, the concrete will liquefy and gradually become dense, and a hydrothermal reaction will occur. The internal temperature and strength of the concrete will gradually increase. 1. The bearings used for the inner mold vibrator and the main bearing seat are all German-made Schaeffler (FAG) bearings, and are accompanied by import customs declaration documents. The maximum speed of the vibrator is 6000rpm, and the exciting force is adjustable in five levels, namely 398kN, 364kN, 280kN, 180kN, and 132kN.
2. The main engine inner mold vibrator, shock-absorbing cross, and main frame produced by our company are fixed once, that is, when the inner mold needs to be replaced, there is no need to disassemble the vibrator and the main frame again. You only need to loosen the tensioning device on the vibrator to remove the inner mold for replacement. 3. The steel plate used for the mold is Q345 high-strength steel plate, and the mold is light in weight and high in strength.
